Simple version: if ThreadScout is not useful to you in your first 30 days, you get your money back. No forms, no retention calls, no hard feelings.
How it works
- Email digest@threadscout.app from your subscribed address within 30 days of your first payment.
- Say "refund please". A reason is appreciated but not required.
- We refund the full first payment to your original payment method within 5 business days.
After 30 days
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Renewal payments older than 30 days are not refundable, but if something went wrong on our side (for example digests stopped arriving), write to us and we will make it right.
